Hi, my name is Carol M, Borquez and this is my blog. I am a health coach, which means that I give advice about healthy living and diets that support it. Health is coaching a large field, and thus I specialized in healthy food, and this blog is a reflection of that.

This blog will contain posts about various types of food that you should eat and how to eat it. I will also address foods and beverages that are unhealthy and that have no place in a healthy lifestyle I teach. I won’t just talk bad about those foods, but give you alternatives for each one of them.
